FAQ

Do I need a visa to visit Cambodia?

Most visitors need a tourist visa, available online as an e-Visa or on arrival. See our visa information page for the current fee and steps.

What is the best time of year to visit Angkor?

November to February is cool and dry — the most comfortable months, and the busiest. March to May is hot. June to October is the green season: afternoon rain, lush scenery, fuller moats and far fewer people.

Do I need an Angkor Pass?

Yes. Everyone visiting the Angkor temples needs an Angkor Pass (1, 3 or 7 days), bought at the official ticket centre or online. Entrance fees are usually not included in tour prices — each tour page lists exactly what is.

Is hotel pickup included?

Yes, for hotels in Siem Reap town. Your guide meets you in the lobby at the time on your confirmation.

What should I wear to the temples?

Cover shoulders and knees at active temples and at Angkor Wat’s upper level. Light, breathable clothes, good walking shoes, a hat and water are best.

Can you change a tour or build a private itinerary?

Yes — every tour can be run privately and adjusted. Use Plan My Trip and we will reply with a day-by-day plan and price.

How do I pay, and what if I need to cancel?

Prices are in US dollars. Payment and cancellation terms are shown on your booking confirmation. Questions? Contact us.
